Great location, not too loud. Rooms were clean and comfy. Loved the breakfast with eggs, meat, and waffles. All-day coffee and water was a nice touch. Fitness center was handy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed - microwave, fridge, and nice shower. Pool area was clean and relaxing.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy. Our room was clean, and we loved the security measures at night.

The room featured nightstands on BOTH sides of the bed, very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The lobby had a cheerful color scheme and an innovative design, featuring huge windows. Breakfast was also very good.

The refrigerator compressor made a loud noise when operating. We asked for a barbeque place recommendation. The restaurant was located a good distance from the hotel and my husband found the barbeque to be awful.

A double room with extra blankets has basic facilities you need. The services are great, including a very clean pool.

We enjoyed our stay with the family, especially the breakfast spread with a great variety! The staff was attentive. The kids loved the pool, and it was nice having ample parking close to the hotel.

It would be helpful to provide more info about accessibility for families with children.

Picture shows more modern building with inside access, I got put in older building with outside access. I don't ever book outside.

I appreciated the room with extra blankets, the bed was good. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge were provided. The location was magnificent and amazing close to the old centre of Hickory. Besides, it was just off shops and restaurants as well as stores.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, I enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast area with attentive staff checking on supplies, and the convenient location near Charlotte Douglas International Airport made exploring the area easy.

Liked everything.

I had a wonderful time during my three-night stay, especially enjoying the cozy king room and the great selection of complimentary toiletries like soap and lotion. The outdoor swimming pool was a delightful spot to unwind, and the sun loungers made it easy to relax under the sun. Only wish there was a bit more parking available, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience! 😊

It was just a decent option for a brief pit stop in Hickory at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helped us switch to a handicap accessible room when we requested it. If you need special accommodations, just ask the staff directly.
